Return Policy

MVE Biological Solutions will accept returns for most items within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition in the original packaging. Returns are subject to a restocking fee.

Please contact Customer Service to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Customer Service will provide an RMA document with the RMA number and return location, if the item is eligible for return. Securely package the item for return and attach a copy of the RMA document on the outside of the package.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Items returned without an RMA number will be refused.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your return, we will process the credit less any restocking fees. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return and associated credit. Credit will not be issued for damaged or used items.

Returns must be received within thirty (30) days with ground freight or ninety (90) for international shipments via ocean freight from RMA issue date. Credit will not be issued for items received after 30/90 days as described.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Dataloggers
  • Special order items
  • Custom product

For products damaged due to freight damage, please notify the carrier to file a claim and then contact Customer Service. Upon receipt, please inspect all crates, boxes, pallets, or packaging. You must report freight damage within 10 days of receiving the goods.
